Amidst reality — there
is a world of terror
It’s heart wrenching
to look around this universe
to see inhumanity,
turn into insanity

Have we known the state of Palestine?
Have we known the orphans are starving?
Have we known Palestinians are dying?

GENOCIDES did not stop!
People shot, bombs drop
City bombards
soldiers fought
yelling and cries
people injured
and almost died
in air strikes,
Palestinians martyred
in the genocide
the Palestine land has
become a horrific site
corpse missing amidst the rubble
for doctors treating the patients is a fight

No penny no rice
No food no shelter
No electricity
scarcity of water
would then it be possible to survive?
it was basically
cut off from the basic necessity

Palestinians living simple life
unaware of the genocide
becoming victim of bombings
you can find trace
of debris in that place
through which the survivors
in pain and anguish
search for their lovers
many corpse lying dead
some have lost hope
to even find their family members

father kept a toy as souvenir
after the death of her daughter
